Monday 21/01/2013 at 13:54 I receive a sms stating "Edcon had loaded a slow payer listing to the registered Credit Bureaux. Contact Edcon on 0860112447 regarding payment which is overdue."
Very surprised I call them. I was accused that I haven't paid since Sept 2012. The funny part is that NO ONE contacted me regarding it since Sept 2012 to inform me. But the part that made me lose my temper is that I have paid every month and even have the proof of payments.
So I asked them to send me a statement that show all my payments they have received from me. Nothing happened. Tuesday morning same story they called me again. and 2 times afterward again. Same again Wednesday and again today Thursday.
I am furious!!! Cos i have send the proof of payment to :

And still the call me. I am now on ITC as a slow payer but its only because Edgars/Edcon is so messed up and bad management. I demand a letter from them that i can send to ITC. I want this sorted out and my name cleared
