1st Edcon disaster - on my account and it took me (not Edcon) 3 weeks to get all the documents together before they would even look at committed on my account over a December I was in Brits and purchases was done in Mpumalanga, Northgate and some other centre in a time frame of 3 days.
My account is always prepaid, this month I mistakenly paid R80 less then the amount due (finger error) well I received a SMS notice 14/11/2013 "Transunion a registered Credit Bureau advises you that it has received a slow payer listing from Edcon. Urgently contact Edcon on 0860112447. regarding your acc."
Thanks Edcon, please check your account I have fully paid my account and please send me the acknowledgement that I no longer have an account. As you are not worth bothering with.
