I have made three monthly payments to Edgars through registered Edgars banking details on the internet. I sent a proof of payment to Edgars stores [Email Removed] each time. Now edgars contacted my husband and said the Account is due. I have phoned Edcon and spoke to several people, I've sent through the proof of payments three times and to three different people and still haven't received any feedback. It is already the 6th of August 2013 and I sent the first mail on the 2nd of July 2013. In the meantime I had to make an extra payment to Edgars at their store (for the whole amount I already paid) to keep from being handed over. This is unacceptable. Why do Edcon give registered banking details if it doesn't work? Even after I sent the notifications to the accounts department. I still haven't heard anything from Edcon. This is unacceptable.
