I refer to my previous complaint about a credit on a dress. I was not able to see the area manager but after a long battle and lots of calls I was inform today to come to the store for my credit. As I am not in Phalaborwa I asked one of my employees to collect the credit from Shima. Not at any stage did he contact me to inform me of the progress of my complaint. Shima informed my employee today that Truworths is going to lower my buying power to R 500 and that I am not welcome to buy from Truworths in future!!! Such an attitude does not belong in management. I had a valid complaint and was treated very badly from the start. There was no marks on that dress at all. I want feedback from Truworths regarding my buying power via phone call or email.
