My Name is Duwayne Naidoo, I have recently bought a dress from Truworths Westgate Mall for an amount of R250.00. The shop was about to close so we had no time to fit the dress on. When we reached home we noticed that the dress was not clean and it did not fit as well. On Saturday the 18/01/14, we returned to Truworths to exchange the dress for a larger size. The Cashier was unfriendly and we were told they cant change it as the dress was not clean. He treated me as a criminal trying to return goods that has been used. I then in return requested to speak to a manager who gave me a Bad attitude and refused to assist me and walked away without even trying to help me. She told me in a very insulting way that they can not accept the dress in that condition. I advised her that the dress could not even fit so there was no way it could be worn. I am now in a situation where I have a garment that was paid for and doe not fit. I feel that people should not support Truworths if they treat there clients like criminals. The service and attitude stinks. If I dont get a reply to this Complaint, it will show that Truworths is living up to their Bad service!!! Very Insulted Unhappy Client
