I was smsed by a company called CDR in Johannesburg with regards to my late moms account to be settled as it's been handed over to debt review guys. However soon after my moms death I did take measures to go and close off this account and signed a form to settle her account as she had insurance to settle her account in the even of her been unable to continue paying her account.
I was at Store number: LL380 dealt with a lady called Motlatso/Mohlatso tall slender with dread logs on her hair. I gave her all the necessary documents needed regarding the clean closure of the above mentioned account. It is irritating and rather irresponsible for such a reputable store as JET to not take peoples reputation serious even if they are no more existing. JET Sandton had to take necessary measures to liaise with relevant parties not to dent somebody's name like this. I'm truly not impressed with the manner they treated this issue after having taken my own initiative and time to get this resolve sooner.
