I have a Woolworth's account and my account was handed to their collection attorney, the problem started when I went to the store and requested my outstanding balance so I can pay the account off and close it, I was told to pay R625.00 of which I did pay, I was then advised not to close the account because I can use it to purchase, I did use in January 2013, in February I didn't't pay my account on time and I got a call from one of the woolworth financial consultant tell me to pay the account at any woolworth store I did that then I got an sms from their attorney saying that I didn't't pay my account, in March 2013 I used my account to purchase I got a shock of my life after paying my account I was told that my account is under debt review I can't use it anymore, I want answer who must I pay, should I continue paying the attorneys or pay this account at the store???
