Between Homechoice & the POST Office ->BAD SERVICE

How does Home Choice require that returned parcels be done through the Post Office?
The Post Office offers the worse service when they should post back goods & Home Choice is full of bad service to top it all up!!
I fought with the Post Office several times for the parcel to be send back whenever I traced how far it is, only to find it sitting somewhere and the whole process had to be restarted. Finally after the last recent attempt, the parcel was finally moved and posted back to HomeChoice which refuses to accept it back citing it should have been send back long ago -> by who if it sat in Post Office premises for weeks upon weeks?

Rather I pay for it but DO NOT SEND back that rubbish back to me as you are attempting.
I HAVE NO USE OF A CHEAP INFERIOR DUSTBIN WHICH CANNOT STAND LIKE A NORMAL DUSTBIN IS REQUIRED! You never advertised its a bin I must mount myself & besides its weak & will not stand. You advertised its quality stainless steel but forget to mention "steel you put together yourself", steel that wobbles. I NEVER USED YOUR BIN EVEN ONCE

I regret the day I associated myself with you despite the warnings from others.
