Request for settlement amount (handed over account)

I took a loan with Capitec bank and due to my financial difficulties I could not cope with paying off my debts. I was placed under debt review and I was receiving monthly debt review statement showing the distribution of the money to all my accounts but the money is not payed directly to my creditors it was payed to third party companies on behalf of creditors so the account numbers on the statement were not the same as the one which reflects on the creditors accounts, This year January I was called and told that the Capitec account is handed over due to non payment under debt review. I then called my debt councillor who told me that it was ommitted by mistake and he will talk to Capitec legal to explain the situation so as to pay the account just like all my accounts under debt review and explain the mistake, but after all the consultations he is still waiting for the balance and the account where to pay, all along I thought capitec account was paid and most of my accounts I have settled them as soon as they were affordable for me to do so.
