In late august I was called and offered to settle my debt and recieve a 25% discount, my account was handed over and I agreed to the arrangement I paid the 3 instalments in 3 onsecutive months, after my 2nd paymnent I was called by the company i was handed over to he said he can see the arrangement and discount but i need to speak to edgars customer care after the 3rd payment to update their sytem and provide a paid up letter.
. After the 3rd one last month I called the 1st 2 consultant kept me on hold for close to 15 minutes and the 3 rd one also asked me to hold and clearly they dont know how to use their systems or have no problem soliving skills.
the last one i spoke to today told me my account was never handed over and they dont pick up any discount of course they wont pick it up because it was handed over to their attorneys or who ever, but was Analias not sippose to say alright Miss will will invistigate and pull the recording and take it from there.
i was misleaded and recieved a bad service from edcon and who ever my account was handed over to.
