Capitec Bank likes to hand over accounts

I have been under debt review in 2009 and was handed over on my credit profile. After two years it went off the credit profile. I contacted that I am withdrawing from debt review voluntarily and that they must give me account details and settlement amount so I can settle them. I am out of the country and can not dial 086 numbers so I contacted via email. After a lot of struggling I was told that they do not have my account as it was handed over to lawyers after I did tell them I want to settle it and need the banking details (I by the way did settle this account the day after I received the letter). After noticing the L - Handed over AGAIN on my credit profile I contacted them and I was told it was already handed over and it will stay there on my report. Why hand me over without informing me I asked, then I got some documents dated 2009 that I never saw of the previous L that was gone. I believe that this is unfair especially after I went through a lot of trouble to get in good standing with this bank again they do not want me as a customer and I will recommend for everyone to stay away from this bank.
