I have been in contact with Morkerls regarding my accounts with no Joy, recently i have been told that my account has been handed over to Maravedi even though Morkels has been receiving payment on the account. i have spoken to Shimane who gave me a balance of R1051.75 and told me that they are recieving payments on the Account via my PDA as i am under Debt review but then again he tells me that the account has now been handed over to Maravedi as to why he also couldnt understand. i was then told to now Deal with Maravedi who now tells me that the account was handed over to them with a balance of R1900. Why is account handed over to third party if morkels is recieving payment? and why does maravedi have a Different balance to morkels. i want to settle the account with morkels on the basis that it goes back to them and I settle the balance of R1051.75. i am confused and do not know who to pay and how much to pay and what is my balance and why it has been handed over is payment was received. I need this resolved by Morkels.
