Statement and incorrect balance

My Woolworths store account has been handed over. I checked my statement yesterday & I noticed that my credit limit has increased without my knowledge from R3250 to R6500 &

according to the statement I owe R5070 which is incorrect. I phoned 5 different people to query this & obtain a full statement confirming I really spent this amount. What a mission! I still dont have one. According to them I increased it in June 2012 which isnt possible. I want this sorted out asap & find the fact that its so hard for them to provide me with a statement shocking.
