Incorrect amount of payment made

I went to a Foschini store to pay my account as per agreement made with them, I then as per account statement paid R570.00 and yes according to the statement my balance due was R570.00 but instead R5070.00 was deducted, meaning the cashier put an incorrect amount (poor customer service because the cashier didn't confirm or verify balance paid .as a consumer I assumed R570.00 was deducted because I thought the store was accurate and loyal to their customers when I got home to verify my slips surprisingly I noticed R5070.00 was deducted. Please reimburse my account with the balance of R4500.00 since the balance due was less than R5070. Thank you
