27th July 2013 I walked into Coricraft Eastgate to purchase a grey couch on display. I was advised of the 6 week delay and I stated it had to be the exact colour as the GREY couch on display. I spent over 1hr in store, trying red pillows on the GREY couch to ensure it would fit my colour scheme. The couch was delivered this afternoon (I was at work at the time) To my utter shock I get home to a BROWN couch! I stipulated IN STORE (while pointing at a couch in the exact colour I wanted on display) the colour I wanted. I have waited almost a month for this delivery and it is not what I ordered! Im in no position to wait another 4-6 weeks for the couch I actually ordered as I have no couch to use in the interim. I went to Coricraft because of their good reputation. I can definitely say I am completely unsatisfied with the service I received. Not only was the incorrect colour couch ordered and delivered by Coricraft, I was also only advised after 10am today of the time it was being delivered today. Disgusted, Kaeleigh Walsh
