My mom opened an account with Jet and she was not receiving any statements, we went into the store in west street durban customer service and queriedd why she was not receiving a statement and how much she needs to pay, in return the staff member advised that her installment is R300 she then queried that wen she opened the account her payments was R106, he said he doesn't know he then said 'then you must stop buying if u can't pay he r300. After a while, while looking into the account he said her credit limited increased that how come her installments increased. If she was receiving her statements she would have know that was the reason. All she wants is a statement is that so hard for someone that is getting paid to do their job to do.
