I applied to open an account from Rage and I went into the store with my pay slip, proof of address which was a Woolworths account and a certified copy of my ID. When the store contacted the call centre I was told that I had brought the wrong proof of address, I need to bring a rates account or bank statement. Weeks later (today) I brought my pay slip, rates account and certified copy of my ID. Then the store called the call centre, they said I have too many accounts I need to bring my Woolworths statement or bank statement. I was then upset because when I brought the Woolworths statement they wanted rates account, when I brought rates account they wanted Woolworths statement. I will never shop from Rage ever again and I will tell my family to never shop there as well. This is bad customer service, I am busy at wont and I do not have time to be running around for stores who don't want my money nor know what they want.
