I called in to the 0861 50 20 20 number and all i wanted twas a statement of my outstanding amount so that i can pay my store card. After being sent July's statement which is outdated i was transferred to Recoveries as my account is in arrears. I spoke to Nandipha who advised me my account had been handed over to RL Daly debt recoverers and asked me the give them a call.
Now getting this statement is a matter of urgency as payment needs to be made in the next few days.
I called RL Daly and was told by them that they had no such file from Woolworths. Now I have to call the call centre again only to be sent the outdated July statement again.
Comeon, its not difficult. Sent me the latest statement with the amount for payment due. I actually want to pay you, dont you want me too?
