Good Afternoon,
I have on NUMBEROUS occasions requested a monthly statement to be sent to me without any joy.
I do not know what my balance is and think that Woolworths could pay a little more attention to customers queries. I have been on their website sending requests for assistance and all I get is the automated response that they will get back to me within a week. I've even tried various departments on their website where one replied and said they'll forward my query to Financial Services - but still no statement.
Maybe via Hello Peter someone at Woolworths will pay attention to my request.
I want to see my statement - surely this is part of the financial serivices they SHOULD be offering?
