I received my Fanatics card 3 weeks ago. A week later I went to the cinema only to be told it was not active yet. I phoned the call centre who promised me it would be active the next day. I went to the cinema that Friday only to be told again that it was not yet active. Today I went back to the cinema and was told the same thing! I called the call centre who said it was active from their side but told me I had to wait another 48 hours because Nu Metro only does activations every 2 days. And the supervisor I spoke to just shrugged over the phone, promised to call me back which of course never happened. And now the movies that I wanted to see will not be showing next week so I have missed them due to this pathetic service and incompetence. Thanks a lot guys.
