Bad service

Me and my partner go to the movies every week, we decided to join the fanatics club asit started to become expensive (we are students) We applied for an acoount, payed and was told it will take 5 working days to activate the account. a Few weeks passed and nothing happend I then went to the movies again thinking maby the card will work, NO sorry it is not activated then the called a manager who asked us to write down our details again and then told us to pay the full amount. I left it there again a few weeks went by nothing happend so I called the fanatics help line and they said our names is not on the system so again we went to the movies there another guy sitting in the office playings games helped us, he was very nice he sent an email to a lady and said the lady will phone us back it never happend it is a few month now and still waiting. Can it be that defficult to activate a card! we love nu metro but with this service I dont think anyone should go there anymore.
