My girlfriend and I purchased a fanatics card a month ago and were told that it would be activated within 3 days... it has been a month and it is still not activated. I have been to multiple branches where I deal with staff that are not willing to help and tell me to call the number on the card. I called and was assured that it would be activated within 24hrs... that was 1 week ago!!!
This is utterly unacceptable. My girlfiend and I go to the movies every Friday and since having the cards, have not been able to enjoy the so called "date night" benefits at Numetro for 3 weeks.
