Kindly note we tried contacting you telephonically but we could not reach you.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our external collections team. Rest assured that we will be addressing your concerns with our accounts management team, this will enable them to investigate your account history and revert back to you with meaningful feedback. However upon our investigation your account is not handed over to any agencies to collect on behalf of Edcon. Although we were able to trace the last payment linked on the account made on the 01/08/2013 for an amount of R300.

I find this reply strange as I have been getting sms' and calls from VVM and a letter in the mail to say this account is now with them for collections!!!
