20/8/2013@18:02 because of refusal of service and slow cashing up, a queued customer (black male) hammered a trolley into my side with severe and threatening provocation. Where is your security and floor manager? This is the second threatening experience in your store. Get your staff out or trained and get security & (competent) floor manager on the floor!
