I was simply cut off.

WHY is this matter so unresolvable and WHY must I pay the price for Edgars inaction vis a vis this year old dispute on my credit record. Kindly justify this in terms of the National Credit Act and Financial Services Act.

I require immediate action to resolve and close this matter finally. Furthermore i require this to be included in the ABSA Sustainability Report of the AFS and to be raised at the AGM as an item
