Hi i have a problem Edcon promised to refund me and i saw my statement they did not refunded me and if i am calling their number it says it start working as from 8 to 6 and i am confused because it 8-30 now.
This is what they said last time i spoke with them,
As per our discussion I have called RMCS they have cancelled your airtime subscription and your account will be credited for the last 5 months. Please note your reference number for this query is 2305130088/GO. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
