I was really bowled over by a staff member at pick n pay this morning. I usually go to pick n pay for rolls on a tuesday, and have always gone there with trepidation as the staff are so rude, but i have no choice but to go there as their rolls are always fresh. The lady who helped me made a plan by getting me a box to put the rolls into so that they wouldn't become squashed as they had just come out of the oven. Wow what service. I smiled.
