I have done an extensive reconciliation on this account and have found several payments which were not processed. Mrs. Smith has previously faxed proof of payment and yet the problems have still not been resolved. I attempted to phone Van Aswegen & Company Inc, the number of which on the letter received turned out to be that of JDG Trading (Pty) Ltd (Russells).
