APPALLING service!!!

An account was opened, at Russells and 2 other stores, using my details.
I caught wind of this in July and contacted Russell's and those 2 stores. After about a month of sending through my details to the 2 other stores my name was cleared and the records removed from credit bureau.
I have been receiving an endless number of calls from Russells debt collectors requesting that I should pay my account. Every time I tell them I won't be paying as I didn't apply for a personal loan. I have called in to Russells a number of times asking them for an update. I was appalled to find that 5 months later no one has bothered to do anything about my account. After calling in a number of times and being send from pillar to post and with no one taking responsibility I am told told that I will be cleared after 21 day, that's after six months! This I can not accept- I need my name cleared today as I want to open an account! I will be taking my matter to the ombudsman this is unacceptable! And I have done my part- they haven't - why should I be punished for it. REMOVE my name. Then if you want to take 20 years yo investigate, that's your prerogative. CLEAR my Name!!!
