My account was in arrears i think the amount was R5400 and it was handed over to some company last year, i been paying the russells account the whole of last year and i decided to check up on my account on monday.so i phoned the russells call center and gave them my account number and they said this account was handed to adrs, so i contacted adrs and gave them my id number and they told me that my account is in arrears of R5400 which i could not believe casue i been paying russells for the whole of last year!! and the amount which i paid and i have proof is R5112.adrs told me that the last payment they received was in march last year!! not a happy custome
