I've been getting emails from MBD saying I owe them money for the last 6 months.
Every time I call trying to inform them I never had a personal loan at standard bank they try and convince me I do. They then ask my reference number from the email. Telling me that this is the account for PIETER SMITH... And it must be me, because I am Pieter Smith. Now I think it might be a possibility to have more that one Pieter Smith in SA. they want me to confirm my ID number, and I will not do this. The ID they give me is totally wrong. I called again today with no luck, to remove my email address from this other Pieter Smith Account.
