On Saturday the 17th August I purchased liquor from said store. The next day I discovered that a specific brand was way past it's "Best before" date (May 2013). I phoned the store and spoke to Allan who upon checking found some more of the specific liquor with a "Best before date of May 2013. He informed me that he was only the relief manager and that the store manager (Riaan) would contact me the next day, To date nobody contacted me. I find this unacceptable, just as I find their action of treating me as a every time I exit the store with my purchased goods unacceptable. It reflects a attitude of "I will sell you VROT goods and don't complain".
