I purchased an ebook (order M10014081) and then replaced my PC, now I cannot access to ebook on on the kalahari reader with my adobe id... it tells me book already fulfilled... previous i simply downloaded it and read it with adobe digital edition... maybe this is why... I have spent endless hours with your call centre trying to resolve... was told an ebook specialist would contact me within 24 hours to resolve and this has not happened... such a struggle! not fair as I paid for the book and now cant read it and struggling endlessly to resolve this matter.
