I have a Edgars account that i fell behind on when we relocated from Cape Town to Johannesburg. I made an arrangement with Edgars to pay them R520 a month and still they handed me over to VVM. VVM phoned me and i made the same arrangement with them. Since i made the arrangement i have not defaulted once. VVM sends me red letters and smses threatening me to blacklist me if i don't pay them within a certain period of time. This is not the first time i lay a complaint on Hello Peter. So VVM please STOP smsing me as my account for Edgars will be paid up by end DECEMBER in full. I HAVE NEVER DEFAULTED MY ARRANGEMENTS SO I AM ASKING YOU FOR THE VERY LAST TIME... STOP PHONING ME AND STOP PHONING MY PARENTS AND ALSO STOP SENDING ME SMSES THREATENING ME. TAKE ME OFF YOUR SMS AND PHONING SYSTEM OR I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE NATIONAL CREDIT BEURO!!! THIS IS MY VERY FINAL REQUEST. I AM SICK AND TIRED TO BE HARRASSED BY VVM BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENCE OF NOT REALISING THAT I AM NOT 2 YEARS OLD AND THAT I ACTUALLY PAY MY ACCOUNT BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH AND BEFORE THE ARRANGED DATE EVERY MONTH. YOU SHOULD HARRAS PEOPLE THAT DEFAULT, CHECK MY PAYMENT RECORDS BEFORE THREATENING ME AGAIN!
