I've contacted Edgars Collection Department trying to arrange payment on my account. The lady that assisted me said that she needs to confirm my request with her manager. After holding the line for 5 min (Giving her the opportunity to speak to the manager) she dropped the phone. I'm in a difficult position right now and are doing my best to pay all my debts, although it is not full instalments. I truly feel that I'm doing my part to try and make an arrangement, but Edgars does not care about me, only the CASH. If I do not pay, there is problems. If I try to make an arrangement, you do not give me a change to explain??
