They first of all humiliated us twice in front of other patrons, informing us that the card was blocked, only to tell us later, due to unknown reasons. On 1 August @ 14h50, we have logged our first compliant regarding this bad service, and asked them to cancel the account. They then reported back that they are investigating.
Only today I received an e-mail informing me that the account has been sorted out, after we instructed them to cancel the account. We already destroyed the card, and just want the account closed.
How pathetic are they? can't they follow instructions?
My husband phoned them today, and after giving the reference nr they supplied in their e-mail, they did not even know what the complaint was about.
They do not even have the decency to phone us.
