I have paid my Edgars account in full on the 28th June and instructed them on the 29th at Clearwater branch AND via e-mail that the account must be closed with immediate effect. I also made it clear that no charges or debits in terms of insurance or club fees must be made after that date.
I received confirmation via e-mail on the 16th July that the account is now closed
Today, the 20th, I received an account from them in which insurance charges were debited on the 7th July. I am not prepared to pay the insurance amount after I instructed them to close the account.
I want a ZERO account, dated 30 June 2013 with the words ACCOUNT CLOSED on it. I am tired of one person at Edgars saying one thing and reality proving something different.
