Not fulfilling terms of Warranty for Custome

I purchased a pair of Marley earphones on 01/05/2013 for the sum of R299.95 from Incredible Connection in Cavendish Square. I know how delicate earphones are and always make sure that I take extra care of them to avoid buying another pair as it costs R299.95, which is not affordable for me to buy more than 1 pair in a year. My recent pair was Ariel 7 which was good quality and lasted me for 2 years before the left ear died. When I went into Incredible Connection to buy a pair of Ariel 7 earphones, the sales man told me that they have been replaced by Marley earphones and they are just as good. However, not even two months after using them the right ear wooden case splits in half. This was no fault of my own but purely a defective unit due to poor quality of production. So I took it back to Incredible Connection because the earphones have a one year warranty, the manager told me that it looks like physical damage and that they would need to send my earphones to the supplier. After more then a week of waiting I was emailed by Robyn Williams to pick up my earphones as they cannot be replaced. Please assist me with replacing or repairing my earphones. I honestly have taken good care of
