No response to my enquiry

On 25th Sept 2013 I sent an e-mail to Card Queries regarding my credit card. I got a response informing me that my account had been closed on 17th September. I replied asking why. On 26th Sept I was told by Laverne Stewart that the card had been blocked before the account was closed and that the Collections department would contact me in due course. On 7th Oct and 10th Oct I asked why I had no response to my query.
Sadly I still have had no response. [SR Ref No : 37000766] [SR Ref No : 37008906]
