ON NEW THANK U CARDS AND STUFF U SERVICE!!!

My Thank U card which was paid up, Edgars owed me R36, was used. I found this out whilst trying to purchase new corporate clothing for my new job. I submit forms at Edgars Clearwater Mall on the 1st June 2013. I do a follow up with Edgars toward the end of the month of June and they tell me, sorry, Clearwater only sent the forms on 18th June 2013! I call them /- a month later to ask them what's going on, they tell me my account has been cleared. thank you for the call to let me know. Another internal job. You think it get's better - No, it gets WORSE. 2nd August 2013, go to CNA, Pretoria North - Lady at CNA tells me the card is blocked, I have to go to Edgars - Thank you for letting me know - you guys are awesome!!! Got to Edgars, SIT for two hours waiting for someone to assist me. Eventually they try, cannot for some reason get me a new card. Load a query with helpdesk, tell me its gonna be sorted in 48 hours. Today, the 19th August, go to Edgars Clearwater - they cannot issue new card, SIT there waiting for HELPDESK to answer their phone - Leave 1.5HRS LATER - NO ANSWER FROM HELPDESK. CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT - IMMEDIATELY!!!
