I bought a Sinotec 42" TV from Game in Gateway around 4 years ago. One day for some reason the picture would not display. You could here audio, but no Menu would appear, just black. I took it to Game along with my Invoice and they sent it in for repairs. Within 2 weeks I got a call stating they did not have the parts to repair it and they gave me a Game Money Voucher worth R7250 (what I paid).
No questions, no issues, just good customer service. I will definitely be buying my next TV from Game. Keep it up!
