I bought a Samsumg 3d tv from game in 2011 for like R10000 on account still paying off the tv fr some reason the srceen cracked to moving the tv so i took it in @ game for them to repair it
it service centre people say they can help me coz i dont have the origanal slip but i do pay the account everymonth and i received a statement every months, the lady @ the countre say the suplyers wont fix the tv with out it so i must now pay a tv that i cant sent to for repairs where i bought it
the custormer service people as me if am i sure i bought the tv @ that game in traderoute what am i sure or maybe it was a trail run thats why i came to that game store like realy how can you ask me sumthng like that
they told me i must get an external technician to fix the tv
if this is how game treat there existing clients then i will never buy the again n will will make sure i the brand of game gets a bad name and i will put you guys in the paper if i have to as will
