I bought a 55" inch Sinotec TV from Game.
I cannot find the cash sale slip... my fault.
Games does not keep credit card records for over a year... their fault.
I am trying to repair this TV at my cost.
Game gave me 2 companies that are contracted to take care of their guaranteed repairs.
I contacted them to repair the TV at my cost.
One of the companies say, they do not repair these TVs anymore.
The other company says, they do not have spares and are not prepared to order it... cos they do not work that way.
...NOW I HAVE A TV THAT NOBODY CAN REPAIR.
...BEST ADVICE... MONEY SPENT AT GAME IS JUST NOT WORTH IT... THEY NOW SELL JUNK AND MANAGE THAT EVEN WORSE.
