I have purchased a side by side Samsung fridge/Freezer almost 2 years ago from Game Gateway.
Ever since I purchased it I have been having problems with it. I have complained to game gateway numerous times, but the only sent someone out once to have the fridge repaired, and it still has the same problems again.
In June I have complained the fridge is over freezing and defrosting which makes my veggies and food to go bad. I have laid numerous complains to Game, TM electronics came out to have a look at the fridge and to date has not turned up to repair the fridge.
All my appliances are purchased from Game and I am very unhappy with the service I have received.
I want my fridge to be replace, the standard of service I received is way below average. in future it makes me think twice about purchasing any appliances from Game.
