Excellent customer service from Bradley!

I bought a Sinotec 42" TV from Game under a 5 year Guarantee. It's an excellent TV - I've been using it quite a lot over the last 4 years. I recently had an issue with the HDMI ports not working, so I took it in to Game Newcastle to have it repaired.By Game's policy, if they cannot have it repaired within 21 days, they give you a refund, but Game were being a little less than helpful, and kept making excuses. I called Bradley at Sinotec, who quickly looked into the matter and had game issue the refund very promptly.
