I bought a bicycle for my daughter at game, as the wheel was faulty i returned it the next day so i can go buy her a new one as its her bday. to my surprise game refuse to give my money back, they do not have the product i want and now i sit with a stupid game voucher and my daughter without her bday bicycle as i used the money to buy it at game.the supplier is forcing me to buy there even though they dont have the product>>> how do i explain to a four year old sorry no bicycle but here is a game voucher for you... so sad...
