Efficient response

I had a call from a lovely gentleman named Kgotso, he was very empathetic and very helpful. But the nature of the report that i had logged was not under his scopes so he then advised that he'd get the person in charged for the female clothing buying to contact me. I was mos def impressed by the quick response time :-)... but i still haven't received the call from the female clothing buyer in regards to the original report that i logged... I will be awaiting your response.
