BAD BAD SERVICE

I bought a gobii from [URL Removed] and was very impressed when I received it 4 days later. I then used my voucher that was given by them and bought 2 e-books namely Eerste 5 min voor en na die dood and Meisie uit die Boendoe on the 30th of May 2013. I tried to download the books without any success after uploading all the apps they said I had to do. On Friday afternoon after calling them this was the answer: the authors needs to give permission in order for us to download the books and it normally takes 24 hours. So I left it till Monday. On Monday morning again I tried to download the books without any success. I again send emails from the system reporting the problem but it is more than 24 hrs later and they still havent gotten back to me. I phoned them again yesterday asking for assistance to find out what the problem is because I cannot download the books. Again I was told she will have to give it through to her IT department and again that it will take 24 hrs. Still no feedback from them. After buying the books on the 30th and today is already the 4th and still cannot download them. If I knew this I would never ever have bought anything from Kalahari.
