On the 11th November I purchased 3 e-books, which should be available for download immediately, they weren't. The following day I tried again and managed to download only one of the books. I sent an e-mail to the Customer Service department and to date have had no response.
When I tried again today to download the books, the link doesn't work.
I am beyond frustrated by Kalahari, I usually get 6 or 7 e-mails from them asking me to rate the service and the product, which is annoying in its own right as I buy 3 or 4 books a month. I'm sure you can guess what my rating of the service and lack of product will be this month.
Fix the links or refund my full purchase.
