VERY disappointed with Kalahari!

I bought 3 Gobiis from one of Kalahari's partners and one is faulty. I have been waiting to have it replaced for 2 weeks now, while the bookshop is waiting for stock from Kalahari. Meanwhile, I bought R400 worth of ebooks from them and followed the process (despite the very slow and cumbersome nature of the kalahari-reader software) to get the books onto the Gobii. But guess what? The books are protected, so I can't read it on the Gobii. What's the point? I am very disappointed, as I have a LOT of books in my wishlist, but I can't buy books I can't use. I emailed them twice about questions I had, but they never bothered to respond, so I had to figure it out for myself. Pathetic customer service and poor support and software integration.
